How To Enroll
Current Employees:
Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward through 2025*.
New Hires:
- You will need to complete the UPMC HP Benefit Election Form to enroll.
*You can make changes to your enrollment during the year if you have a Qualifying Life Event, such as you get Married, Divorced, have a Baby, your spouse loses their coverage, or you lose other coverage. You must make the change within 30 days of the event.
